On 21.11.2023, the editors of “Rzeczpospolita” presented distinctions and awards to employers who took part in the first edition of the “Employer of Rzeczpospolita” competition. The aim of the competition was to recognise companies that had managed responsibly during the pandemic and in the postcovid reality, i.e. maintained the level of employment, introduced solutions for adjusting the working time system and wage levels to current needs and ensured effective communication channels with the workforce.
150 companies entered the first edition of the competition, from which the jury selected 11, which were awarded five main awards and two distinctions each (three distinctions were awarded in the ESG category). Awards and distinctions were granted in five categories:
VOSS Automotive Polska received the award for communicating with employees via Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and the website. The jury also recognised the implementation of the myHR portal, which provides Employees with access to the documentation they need and enables them to effectively settle their working time and submit their applications electronically.
The competition jury also paid attention to the surveys carried out at VOSS Automotive, including the EB survey, which help to shape a friendly working environment for the existing employees and to shape an appropriate employer branding strategy.
